"char" (island) life

wake up 6.30 in the morning after sleeping one of the quietest place that i've ever been.
the calmness of this place made me feel that i wish i never born in a civilized and noisy place.
after finishing our breakfast we started with a small boat towards "char- bajradiar khata".reached there at 7.30. our floating hospital "mother vessel" shifted to another place where we'll catch them later in the evening.
started shooting the char people and their lifestyle.few hundreds people live in this char and most of them related in jute cultivation.spending couple of hours there we returned our mother vessel which is 20 kilometers away stationed to another char.
after a quick lunch and the very special cha (tea) at our mother vessel me and David landed another char "shakha hati" a wonderful picturesque char with jute growing everywhere, shepherd grazing their cattle, farmers busy preparing jute and women amazed to see two alien(us)from outer space.
the whole char perfumed with the jute fragrance and i was loving the smell of jute all around. i picked a boy -shabuj- as our guide to roam around the whole char.
Day or two is nothing in this place for photography.would've been something if i get chance to shoot this place for couple of days.
walking with bare foot and crossing small streams here and there reminds me my childhood.time is running so fast and it gets dark...shabuj give us a ride with his little boat to our mother vessel..i was trying to help shabuj by plying the boat on water.
a real adventures day ends with an Iftar party with all crews on our mother vessel.
